Job Description Job Description Position Overview The General Maintenance / Carpenter will support a wide variety of construction and maintenance projects, including new home builds, property turns, repairs, and installations . This role requires a motivated, hands-on individual who can work across multiple trades including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and general home maintenance. Key Responsibilities Confident in cutting CROWN MOLDING and trim. Perform property turns by repairing and preparing homes for new residents. Diagnose and troubleshoot basic appliance issues . Install cabinets, flooring, and other fixtures . Perform painting, drywall, and finishing work. Assist with basic plumbing and electrical repairs and installations.
