GENERAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

To carry out routine maintenance, service and repair requests associated for building utilities in compliance and direction of FM management

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintenance of windowA/C and alltype of split A/C

Conduct service repair and PPM for roofmounted Chillersand associated compressor.

Conduct service repair and PPM for air Handling Units primaryand secondaryfilter monitoring inclined manometer maintenance

Chilled water pumps plant maintenance and operation

Conduct service repair and PPM for FCU, Fan coil unitmaintenance for all areas.

Replacing filters, filter bags, oils andrefrigerant

Diagnoses causes ofproblems and/or failures in heating/air conditioning systems for the purpose ofidentifying equipmentand/or systems repairand/or replacementneeds.
