Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Engineering Executive in maintenance and operations of general utility equipment.
  • Maintain and operate laundry and kitchen equipment according to specified standards.
  • Respond to and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedules and complete necessary reports and work orders.
  • Ensure proper handling and maintenance of all tools and equipment.
  • Assist in managing par stock and preparing store requisitions.
  • Identify cost-effective use of resources and maintain accounts of materials used.
  • Practice safety in all aspects of the job and follow all safety and security measures.
  • Report any missing or broken property to the Engineering Executive.
  • Maintain high levels of personal hygiene and be courteous to guests at all times.
  • Keep workshop and engineering machinery areas clean and tidy.
