We’re looking for a powerhouse GM to take the lead on a fixed term basis at one of our much-loved neighbourhood restaurants. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love a buzzing floor, and can keep a team energised through every brunch rush and dinner peak, you’ll feel right at home with us. You will need to be able to settle into a new site quickly and be able to lead the team with clear direction and passion for what you do.

You’ll be the heartbeat of the restaurant: leading from the front, owning the vibe, and driving the numbers like a pro. You’ll know how to maximise sales without losing the magic, keep labour and stock tighter than a perfectly rolled flatbread, and make smart commercial calls when it matters most.
