General Managers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all required training is completed.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolve all complaints. Making sure every customer leaves happy.
  • Keeping a high level of operational standards.
  • Keeping a safe work environment and food is prepared safely.
  • Managing daily operations of the restaurant.
  • Managing inventory and purchasing.
  • Managing restaurant financials and budget.
  • Following all company policies and procedures.
