Job Description
Plan and implement the Foundation’s long-term strategies in line with the organization’s vision and mission.
Oversee all aspects of operations, including finance, fundraising, project implementation, human resources and administration.
Lead and develop the team, strengthen human capital and foster an effective work culture.
Ensure good governance of the Foundation and compliance with relevant regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the Board of Trustees and stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Aged between 35 and 55 years at the date of appointment.
Holds a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in a related field (Management, Business, Finance, or equivalent).
At least 10 years of working experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Knowledgably in Companies Act 2016 (Act 777) and Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) policies.
