  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the terminal and ground handling operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.

  • Develop and implement operational plans, procedures, and policies to optimize efficiency, enhance customer experience, and meet key performance indicators.
