We are seeking an experienced and versatile Office Manager to join our growing team at All About Shade'. In this dynamic contract role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of our office operations, providing administrative support, and contributing to the overall success of the business. Based in our Bibra Lake, WA office, this is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to make a meaningful impact.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate all office administrative functions, including overseeing sales team and fitting team
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and problem resolution
  • Assist with financial administration tasks
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance office productivity

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar all-encompassing administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience working in the office management or administration industry
