A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced, values-driven, dynamic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and end-to-end leadership at our Gruyere Gold Mine.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President Operations Australia, as the General Manager, you will be at the forefront of strategic decision-making, operational management, and team leadership, while ensuring safe, reliable and efficient production.

With full responsibility across safety, mining, and processing, this role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence, financial performance, and continuous improvement, while maintaining strong governance, and community outcomes.

This role is offered as FIFO from Perth on 4 days on 3 days off roster, however, other roster combinations will be considered.

You bring extensive senior leadership experience within the mining sector, ideally having operated at Site General Manager or equivalent senior leadership level. Strong strategic capability, sound commercial judgement, and the ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure environments will be critical to success, together with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a functional operating model, working in partnership with corporate functional teams to deliver integrated outcomes.

You will have a recognised tertiary qualification in a mining-related discipline, and a First Class Mine Managers Certificate of Competency will be highly regarded, however, is not essential.
