The Role:

Reporting to and working closely with the Partners, in this newly created leadership role, you will have broad responsibility for the operational performance of the firm. The position has been established to support the next phase of growth by strengthening structure, commercial discipline and operational effectiveness. Key elements of the role include:

Overall leadership of the firm’s day-to-day operations

End-to-end oversight of finance, people and culture, IT, risk, compliance and administration

Development and embedding of robust reporting, budgeting and performance management frameworks

Improving utilisation, productivity and accountability across practice groups

Supporting the Partners by reducing operational and administrative burden

Acting as a trusted adviser to the Equity Partners on operational and strategic matters

Leading continuous improvement initiatives, including systems and process optimisation

Preserving and strengthening the firm’s collaborative, people-focused culture

This is a highly influential and strategic position, offering genuine scope to shape how the business operates and to play a central role in its ongoing evolution.

About You:

This role will suit a senior operational or corporate services leader from a service sector environment who enjoys working closely with senior professionals and influencing outcomes. Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate:

Relevant academic credentials.

Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret and drive performance through data.

A practical, hands‑on approach to operational leadership and problem solving.

Experience introducing structure, discipline and accountability within growing organisations.

High levels of emotional intelligence and stakeholder management capability.

A collaborative leadership style aligned with a values-driven culture.
