General Manager

We are recruiting an experienced General Manager to lead a flagship Build to Rent (BTR) residential asset located in Sydney CBD. This is a senior leadership role within a 6-star, resort-style residential building, reporting directly to an institutional shareholder. The role requires strong governance, reporting capability and the confidence to operate in a high-expectation tenant environment. This is a Monday to Friday role offering stability, scale and genuine career progression within the Build to Rent sector.
