Company background:

We are representing our client, a well-established Malaysian F&B group with a strong presence in the Chinese cuisine segment, operating a portfolio of reputable brands across both casual and premium dining. They are currently looking to hire a General Manager to be based in Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise daily operations of 3-4 banquet restaurant outlets, ensuring consistency in service quality, food standards, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead outlet managers and support teams to achieve operational KPIs
  • Build and maintain a strong working relationship with Head Chefs to ensure synergy between kitchen and front-of-house operations
  • Take full ownership of the P&L for each outlet and monitor sales, costs, and profitability
