Salary: Circa £50,000 per annum + performance bonus

We are recruiting a General Manager to lead a high-profile restaurant opening in Birmingham city centre, operated by an established group behind Michelin- and AA-accredited venues.

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced hospitality operator who combines strong floor presence with commercial control.
