General Manager

We are currently seeking a dedicated and hard-working General Manager or Assistant General Managers. The ideal candidate should have a strong customer service focus, passion, compassion, and a deep sense of responsibility for food safety concerns and record keeping. This individual should be willing and able to work nights and weekends, and must be driven to achieve goals, including meeting expectations for food cost, labor costs, speed of service, and sales growth. A key aspect of this role is maintaining a balance between speed of service and order accuracy, demonstrating excellent customer service skills, and fostering relationships with staff members. Responsibilities encompass administration, shift management, production, culture & service, inventory, talent management, scheduling & labor, and maintenance & cleaning.
