Role Summary

The Head of Block Outfitting oversees all block-level outfitting at BCS, including machinery and E,E&I works. The role ensures on-time, quality, and safe execution, driving productivity and meeting shipbuilding delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead end-to-end block outfitting operations covering Machinery (Auxiliary, HVAC, Piping & Valves) and E,E&I works at BCS.
  2. Plan and execute section-wise schedules aligned with block and vessel construction timelines.
  3. Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
