Role & responsibilities

• Expansion of VITS hotel portfolio through onboarding of new properties
• Identification and onboarding of hotels under management contracts, leases, and strategic partnerships
• Growth of brand presence through asset conversions and greenfield projects
• Building a strong pipeline of prospective property owners and developers
• End-to-end onboarding of new properties into the VITS system
• Ability to close hotel agreements with owners with complete data accuracy and within defined timelines
• Supporting operational readiness during pre-opening and transition phasesStrengthening relationships with property owners, developers, and investors
• Market intelligence to identify high-potential locations for expansion
• Achieving annual onboarding targets as defined by the leadership
