GM - Business Development (BD)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Market Expansion

  • Define the BD strategy in alignment with company goals and future growth roadmap.
  • Identify emerging market trends, infrastructure policies, and sectoral opportunities in Private Sectors.
  • Expand into new geographies, sectors (e.g., urban infra, railways, airports), or modes (EPC, HAM, BOT).

2. Tendering & Bid Management

  • Lead the end-to-end process of identifying, shortlisting, and submitting tenders for government and private sector projects.
  • Analyze RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents to evaluate technical and financial eligibility.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (planning, finance, technical, legal) for bid preparation.
  • Ensure timely submission of EOIs, PQs, and tenders with accurate documentation.
