Position: General Manager

Location: Suva, Fiji (relocation support will be provided)

Reports to: CEO

Role Purpose

Lead and oversee the end-to-end operations of the Company's e-commerce business, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage daily operations: inventory, logistics, fulfillment, and customer service.
  • Drive process optimization and cost efficiency across supply chain and delivery.
  • Monitor KPIs (order accuracy, delivery times, customer satisfaction).
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Implement technology and automation to enhance operational performance.
