Job Description
BettingJobs are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations for the Spanish market on behalf of a leading global betting and gaming group, based in their Ceuta office. The role will take full ownership of P&L and commercial performance across multiple verticals, including Poker, Sportsbook and Casino, overseeing a business generating in excess of €100m annually.

Strategic & Commercial Leadership
Full P&L ownership for the Spanish market, setting clear strategic and commercial objectives.
Define and implement the country plan across key areas including Marketing, Promotions, Product, Customer Operations, and Compliance.
Ensure efficient allocation of resources to achieve both long-term goals and short-term performance targets.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the local market, competition, and consumer behaviour.
