We are offering an exciting opportunity to lead the launch and operations of our new La Cabra café and bakery locations across Mexico. As General Manager for our franchise, you will oversee daily operations, team leadership, and business performance while shaping how our premium coffee and bakery brand is introduced and experienced in this market. You will drive operational excellence, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and ensure strong financial outcomes. This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of La Cabra (Headquarters), ensuring close alignment with global brand standards, and involves collaboration with the local Mexican franchise ownership and a talented and passionate team to establish a strong foundation for long-term success.
