Key Responsibilities

Channel Partner Tie-ups

  • Identify, onboard, and strengthen relationships with high-net-worth channel partners, brokers, wealth managers, and corporate influencers to build a robust lead pipeline
  • CP activation strategy
  • Drive high-value leads and strategic partnerships to fuel sales of ultra-luxury residences via targeted sourcing strategies and elite network engagement
  • Activate new markets/CPs aggressively and expand the width and depth of distribution while nurturing existing ones for increase in client walk-ins
  • Maintain a continuously updated database of active CPs, partners, and luxury buyers within elite neighbourhoods.
