Role Overview

Techmagnate is looking for a Senior Manager – Content who can lead high-impact content strategies that drive organic growth, brand authority, and demand generation across enterprise and mid-market clients. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong SEO, storytelling, AI-assisted content creation, and team leadership capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Leadership

  • Own and drive end-to-end content strategy aligned with SEO, performance marketing, and business objectives.
  • Build scalable content frameworks for BFSI, SaaS, eCommerce, and enterprise brands .
  • Act as a strategic content partner for senior stakeholders and key clients.


SEO & Growth-Focused Content

  • Collaborate closely with SEO, PPC, and Analytics teams to create search-first, intent-driven content .
  • Lead content planning for topical authority, E-E-A-T, GEO / LLMO readiness , and long-term organic growth.
  • Oversee execution for blogs, landing pages, pillar pages, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership assets.


AI & Automation Enablement

  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Surfer, Clearscope, internal AI tools) to improve content velocity and quality.
  • Define AI-assisted workflows while maintaining editorial quality, originality, and compliance .
  • Experiment with agentic AI and automation for content research, briefs, and optimization.


Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of content strategists, writers, editors, and freelancers.
  • Set clear KPIs, review quality, and ensure timely delivery across multiple accounts.
  • Coordinate with Client Servicing, SEO Heads, and Leadership to ensure alignment and performance.


Brand & Thought Leadership

  • Strengthen Techmagnate’s own brand content including website, blogs, case studies, and POV pieces .
  • Drive executive-level thought leadership content for founders and senior leaders.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across channels.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in content marketing, SEO content, or digital marketing agencies .
  • Strong exposure to BFSI or regulated industries (highly preferred).
  • Proven expertise in SEO content strategy, keyword intent mapping, and content performance analysis .
  • Experience managing large content teams and multiple enterprise clients .
  • Hands-on experience with AI content tools and modern SEO platforms .
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
