General Manager - Corporate MR & Head QA

Role & responsibilities:

• Coordination with Plants QA developing Customer score/ Performance monitoring.
• Coordination with Plants QA and Customers on Customer complaints and warranty Issues.
• Review and standardization of Global Management systems.
• Support Digitization of Quality Management System, Environmental Management system and Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
• Coordinate for ESG Assessment and provide support to Plants.
• Improvement in Management System Performance.
• Prepare Draft Management policies consistent with ESG expectations for Top Management approval.
• Documenting, Reviewing, and updating Apex Manual for IATF, EMS,OHSAS and other management systems.
• Plan and Manage Internal Audit and Management review across DCD plants.
• TS/IATF Lead Auditor.
• Internal Auditors performance evaluation.
