Role Overview

Our client, a developer-backed contracting business in Dubai, is seeking an experienced General Manager – Construction to lead and scale its construction operations.

This senior leadership role will oversee the full construction lifecycle, with an initial focus on low-rise to mid-rise developments and a planned transition into high-rise and complex projects as the development pipeline grows. The role carries full accountability for delivery performance, governance, commercial control, and team leadership.
