The Restaurant General Manager is the key Coach and Leader of the Team. He or she is responsible not just for the overall operations of the designated location, but also the training, coaching, and development of the rest of the management team and teammates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Hiring and development of a rock star Wendy’s team
  • Facilitating proper standards and procedures
  • Role modeling and maintaining the highest level of guest service at all times
  • Inventory counting and recording
  • Creating Teammate and Management
  • Opening and closing the restaurant as a part of the management schedule, and additional administrative duties weekly, monthly, and quarterly
  • Develop and coach the team to maintain the positive dining experience of customers
  • Monitor and reinforce food safety procedures
