The Job:


As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a quality customer experience and ensuring company standards are maintained at all times. You will create and develop an exceptional ambience that will provide guests with a selection of top-quality cuisine styles that represents this global brand. You will nurture, train and develop your team and be able to educate the front-of-house team on all dishes and the products used.



The Person:


Our client is looking for that extra exceptional General Manager that has solid knowledge of worldwide cuisines. Desirably if you have at least 3-5 years of French, Brazilian or/and Japanese cuisine experience, a proven track record of leading successful teams in a GM role or above capacity, and possess excellent attention to detail but most of all, if you are looking to take full ownership of your role and lead from the front, then this role is for you.
