As the successful General Manager, you will be responsible for

  • Lead a safety-first culture with zero compromise on wellbeing.

  • Drive expansion through new markets and partnerships.

  • Manage contracts, margins, and cash flow to deliver strong financial results.

  • Implement digital tools and lean processes for efficient, high-quality project delivery.

  • Build lasting executive relationships and keep offerings innovative.

  • Develop a high-performing, inclusive leadership team focused on accountability.

  • Ensure full compliance and proactively mitigate business risks.

  • Electrical Trade and tertiary qualification in relevant discipline.

  • Extensive experience in the Electrical & Communications industry delivering large commercial projects and services.

  • Proven track record leading P&L of similar scale with consistent Nett Margin delivery and profitable growth.

  • Strong commercial acumen: pricing, contracting, risk management and financial analysis.

  • Advanced leadership of multidisciplinary teams through growth and change; excellent communication and stakeholder management.

  • Project management capability and business development experience to win and deliver complex contracts.
