Overview The General Manager, EMEA is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational governance of the Capture and Create business segments across the region. Following a period of significant commercial expansion, this role has been established to institutionalize service delivery and ensure the long-term scalability of the regional business model. Reporting to the Global Create Segment Leader, the EMEA General Manager will oversee the transition from market acquisition to high-performance execution. In close collaboration with the Regional Commercial Director, the incumbent will align operational capacity with commercial commitments, ensuring that regional growth is underpinned by excellence in delivery, financial rigor, and organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of services within the Capture and Create portfolios. Build and refine workflows that handle the increased volume from our growing commercial channels. Global Matrix & Franchise Integration: Serve as the primary regional integrator between EMEA operations, Global Services Directors, and Market Franchises. You will harmonize global service delivery standards with the unique requirements of regional franchises, ensuring a seamless "One-Company" experience for the client. P&L Ownership: Manage the regional budget, focusing on margin optimization, resource allocation, and cost-to-serve efficiencies. Stakeholder Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with the Regional Commercial Director to ensure that service delivery aligns with client expectations and contract SLAs. Regional Strategy: Adapt global business goals to the nuances of the EMEA market (regulatory compliance, local labor markets, and cultural variations). Strategic Decision Making: Serve as the ultimate decision-maker for regional operational trade-offs. Balance resource allocation between competing projects and make high-impact calls on localized service strategies that align with broader corporate goals. Cross-Functional Governance: Partner with Global Support Functional Areas (IT, Finance, HR) to ensure the region has the necessary infrastructure to scale. This includes localizing HR talent strategies, ensuring IT systems support regional workflows, and maintaining financial compliance in partnership with Global Finance. Advanced Personnel Management: Lead, mentor, and scale a multi-disciplinary team. Foster a culture of accountability and professional growth, managing both direct reports and influencing matrixed teams across the EMEA territory. Requirements and Qualifications 10 years in senior operations or GM roles, with a proven history of leading large, multi-national high-performance teams. Proven track record managing and optimizing Reality Capture and BIM Services workflows. Demonstrated success working within a global matrix organization, interacting with franchise leaders and corporate functional heads. Must be fully bilingual (English & Spanish). Shall be able to negotiate, lead teams, and present to executives in both languages. Preferably (not exclusive) French or German proficiency. A decisive leader capable of navigating ambiguity and making "firm-wide" decisions that balance local needs with global mandates. An "Integrator" personality who enjoys building systems to support high-growth sales and thrives on cross-functional collaboration.
