Overview The General Manager, EMEA is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational governance of the Capture and Create business segments across the region. Following a period of significant commercial expansion, this role has been established to institutionalize service delivery and ensure the long-term scalability of the regional business model. Reporting to the Global Create Segment Leader, the EMEA General Manager will oversee the transition from market acquisition to high-performance execution. In close collaboration with the Regional Commercial Director, the incumbent will align operational capacity with commercial commitments, ensuring that regional growth is underpinned by excellence in delivery, financial rigor, and organizational efficiency.
