**General Manager**
The salary range is $55,000 to $115,000 annually.* _Actual salary may vary based on factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and skill level. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance._

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for driving and managing the overall P&L of the store. General Manager candidates must be successful in various facets of store management including: asset management, customer growth and maintenance, revenue production, associate development and inventory control.
