WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Functions as the primary strategic business leader with overall responsibility of Hotel Operations to achieve customer (guests, employees, corporate and owners) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
  • Develop the operational and commercial strategy to ensure the successful hotel opening with strong business forecast maximizing revenue potential.
  • Act as an integral role model, displaying explicit knowledge and awareness of company, brand standards and emotional luxury.
  • Ensure that service standards and procedures, as well as the delivery of the brands’ guest service experience are at the highest possible level.
  • Recruit and build a team to provide luxurious and personal hospitality, by creating personalized experiences and intuitive service that is impeccable.
