A successful GM - Finance should have:
CA with 8-12 years of post-qualification experienceStrong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.Experience in managing teams within the accounting and finance department.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
