Job Description

• Develop and implement strategic financial plans to support business objectives.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory financial requirements.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve key performance outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for financial improvement and risk mitigation.
• Support decision-making with detailed financial analysis and insights.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful, you will be:

• CPA/CA qualified
• Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, ideally within an ASX listed business
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and lead a high-performing team effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ideally previous investor relations and treasury experience.
