Position Overview

The General Manager – Franchise Services will be responsible for ensuring that all franchise-operated Sarovar Hotels operate in complete alignment with the brand’s service standards, operational excellence, and financial expectations.

This role is ideal for a seasoned Hotel Manager / General Manager with strong expertise in SOPs, audits, operational reviews, and owner relationship management .


Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Standards & SOP Management

  • Ensure all franchise hotels adhere to Sarovar brand standards, operating guidelines, and service SOPs.
