The Job

As General Manager you will be fully responsible for the day-to-day running of this locally-based establishment, the business requires a “fully hands-on” approach as GM you will report to the Group owner and CEO. The company are in a very exciting time of expansion, and they see this General Manager appointment as one that will hopefully lead to continued accolades and awards for this out-of-town establishment. We are ideally looking for the right individual to run this property as if it was their own. As General Manager you will be expected as part of the job to comply with all licencing laws, health and safety, HCCAP and food allergies within the establishment. The job requires that commercial and prudent approach in all areas of staffing and wage GPs, especially during these new trading Times within the Hospitality Industry.
