Job Description
Plant Operations & Production
- Manage day-to-day plant operations and production schedules
- Ensure achievement of production targets, yield, and efficiency
- Monitor equipment utilization and minimize downtime
Safety, Quality & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards, statutory regulations, and company policies
- Implement safety initiatives and conduct regular audits
- Ensure product quality as per standards and customer requirements
Maintenance & Engineering
- Coordinate preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance
- Work closely with maintenance and engineering teams to improve asset reliability
- Support CAPEX projects and plant upgrades
People Management
- Lead and manage plant workforce including supervisors, engineers, and operators
- Drive training, skill development, and performance management
- Maintain industrial relations and workforce discipline
Cost & Productivity Management
- Control manufacturing costs and optimize resource utilization
- Drive productivity improvement and waste reduction initiatives
- Monitor budgets and plant operating expenses
