Job Summary:

Optus Housing is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Sales General Manager to lead our real estate sales operations in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience , with a strong background in the builder floor segment of prime real estate areas such as DLF Sushant Lok, Dwarka Expressway, and Extension Road .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and motivation.
  • Identify, acquire, and maintain relationships with high-value clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies.
  • Oversee sales operations across multiple real estate projects and locations.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in the real estate industry, specifically in builder floor sales .
  • Strong understanding of Gurgaon’s real estate market, including DLF Sushant Lok, Dwarka Expressway, and Extension Road.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
