General Manager

MATRIX is a newly growing bar and activity venue based in Hereford. We are seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations and play a key role in the continued growth and future of the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager who wants to grow with an expanding venue and take real ownership of its success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the bar and activity venue
• Lead and mentor staff to maintain high standards
• Be responsible for hiring staff, training and rotas
• Open and close the premises as part of the role
• Ensure staff complete tasks and follow procedures
• Act as the main point of communication between staff and directors
• Oversee cash handling, security, cleanliness, stock and overall venue standards
