General Manager - Home Clearance

We’re offering a rare opportunity to transform and scale a nationally recognised clearance powerhouse, Home Clearance , a critical part of the Winning Group . Winning Group is a leading technology and logistics company and a premium retailer, whose entities also include Winnings, Appliances Online, Winning Services, Rogerseller, Spence & Lyda, Ora and Andoo. We’re looking for someone who will have full accountability for performance and the mandate to rethink how clearance works: commercially, operationally and digitally.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain full ownership of revenue, margin, recovery rates, operating costs and cash flow
• Design and execute a clearance strategy that maximises value
• Drive a step-change reduction in aged and dormant inventory
• Establish clear rules for stock flow, presentation and timing
