  • Act as a role model for leadership, integrity, and inclusivity across the organization.
  • Partner with other department heads to align HR initiatives with business needs.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, MBA, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience of 20 + years with at least 5 years in HR leadership role.
