Job Title: General Manager - HR Operations

Job Purpose:
To lead and manage all Human Resources and Administrative functions for the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a high-performance culture. This role will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, statutory compliance, general administration and workplace safety across manufacturing plants
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations
Lead HR operations across factory and corporate office
Strategic manpower planning for blue-collar and white-collar workforce aligned with production, business scale-up and IPO growth projections
Streamline processes for onboarding, employee lifecycle management and managing end to end HR operations
