Position – GM Planning
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 13+ years. 15‑20 years in Project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, Budgets, Control, Contract Administration.
All Planning Managers will report to this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide detailed plans and schedule for project execution, formulating methodology of work.
- Monitor project progress from conceptual design to construction completion.
- Prepare and maintain detailed engineering and construction schedules, including development of critical path and project float.
- Examine whether projects are correctly resourced (material, workers, machinery, equipment, engineering staff) to meet timelines, and advise Project Heads and the Chief Project Officer about remedial measures.
- Visit sites to provide planning inputs and remedial measures for schedule adherence and compliance with other project parameters, reporting regularly to Project Heads and Project Planning Managers.
