Overview
The General Manager will be responsible for driving overall business performance of real estate projects, covering sales, marketing, operations, and stakeholder management. This leadership role requires strong execution capabilities, commercial acumen, and experience managing large-scale real estate developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business operations for residential and/or commercial projects
- Drive revenue, sales planning, pricing strategy, and inventory movement
- Oversee sales, marketing, pre-sales, and channel partner functions
- Monitor project performance, budgets, and profitability metrics
- Collaborate with construction, design, legal, finance, and CRM teams
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
- Ensure strong customer experience from enquiry to handover
