Scope & Dimensions:
  • Strategic & Business leadership: Market & competitor analysis, strategic planning & execution in alignment with company objectives and drive market expansion across industrial segments & competitive positioning.
  • Sales & Revenue Management: Budgeting, forecasting, driving sales revenue growth and profitability, pricing strategy, product promotions, handle commercial contract & negotiations, oversee sales operations.
  • Channel & Distribution Management: Building & strengthening relationships with Industrial End- Users & OEMs, establishing distribution network ensuring effective market coverage & Techo-commercial expertise.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead & develop sales and technical support teams, build a robust high-performance commercial organization, conduct trainings and performance management.
  • Customer & Technical Engagement: Provide technical solutions & application support & after sales-service.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations for timely deliveries & inventory, Finance for working capital & Global teams for product & pricing & application engineering solutions.
  • MIS Reporting; Time-bound and accurate reporting and CRM Salesforce Adoption.
  • Compliance: Compliance with Safety, Quality & Ammega core values and code of conduct & policies.
  • KPIs:
  • Sales Revenue Growth & Profitability.
  • Product-line & Industry-Segment Sales Achievement in line with Strategy.
  • Salesforce Opportunity Hit Ratio for new business wins.
  • Sales team productivity and deliverables on DSO, DSI, OTD.
  • Distributor & Key Account Performance in line with their sales targets.
  • Customer Satisfaction : NPS Score.
  • Requirements of the job:
  • Mechanical Engineering Graduate with 20+ years experience in Industrial Power Transmission Industry, preferably from belting industry.
  • Experience in Budgeting and Delivery of Sales, Margin and EBITDA.
  • Techno-Commercial Expertise in Sales, Service and Business Development of industrial products targeting OEM, End User and Distribution segments.
  • Demonstrated drive towards target achievement in all relevant KPIs.
  • Strong business acumen, decision-making and effective communication.
  • Experience in leading, developing, training and engaging people with different skills and team performance management.
  • Demonstrated high level of customer centricity providing them with best possible solutions and service and timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Proven track record demonstrating high integrity, trust and transparency.
  • Experience in operating in a global environment aligning actions with all stakeholders regionally & globally and cross functional collaboration.
  • Experience or ability of operating in a matrix organization.
  • Multi-linguistic with proficiency in languages of English, Spoken Hindi and local languages.
