PURPOSE
To provide strategic leadership and direction to the IT function across corporate and operational units, ensuring seamless, secure, and scalable technology infrastructure, digital solutions, and data management. The role focuses on building a robust IT ecosystem, driving innovation, leveraging digitization, optimizing technology spend, and aligning IT strategies with organizational growth, sustainability, and operational efficiency.
KEY ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to : VP – Finance
Reporting Roles: Deputy General Manager – IT, Senior IT Managers, IT Managers, Network & Security Leads, IT Executives
Interacts with :
- External - Technology vendors, software and hardware OEMs, consultants, cloud providers, regulatory authorities, cybersecurity partners
- Internal - Finance, Operations, Projects, Engineering, F&B, Legal, HR
