We’re seeking a General Manager to develop and oversee a network of international institutions across Mexico and expanding LATAM, driving performance, innovation, and sustainable growth.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead regional strategy and operations across multiple sites.
  • Build and manage cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Marketing, Compliance).
  • Own P&L, budgeting, and financial performance.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold safeguarding standards.
  • Drive brand positioning and market development.
  • Champion digital transformation and operational efficiency.


What We’re Looking For

  • Advanced degree in Business, Education, or Management.
  • Native or bilingual English speaker; fluent in Spanish.
