Position: General Manager – Coffee Chain (Multi-Outlet Expansion)

Mandate of the Role (Read This Carefully)

This is a growth‑critical leadership role . The General Manager will own the commercial and operational scaling of a coffee chain business, with direct accountability for multi‑outlet performance, expansion execution, and P&L results . This role is not suitable for candidates whose experience is limited to single‑outlet management or maintenance‑only roles .

Core Accountability Areas

1. Full Business & P&L Ownership

   Own end‑to‑end P&L across all outlets. Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost discipline. Translate business targets into operational execution.
