As General Manager of the Boot and Shoe, you’ll be the driving force behind a thriving, community led pub, spotting new revenue opportunities while nurturing its local reputation. You’ll lead from the front by coaching, guiding and developing your team, fully utilising the function suite and tapping into a strong desire for engagement with the local community.
