Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of managers, supervisors, and frontline staff.

Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of cleaning and catering services across multiple sites.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, food safety regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor inventory, equipment, and supply usage to minimize waste and cost.
Financial Oversight:
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
Client Relations:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in business development efforts, including client presentations and proposal development.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Human Resources :
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement staff development plans.
- Handle disciplinary matters and promote positive employee relations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
