Job Description

Desired Qualification - Law Graduate / Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a reputed college/university.

Experience - 10 years of experience preferably in the education industry and having a blend of court practice and corporate experience.

Job responsibilities:

To manage Litigation and Part of Non-Litigation.

Disputes Resolution - Litigation Management:

  • Regular and continuous interaction with Solicitors and Advocates and ensuring that strategies are implemented.
  • Vetting of pleadings.
  • Ensuring that pleadings are filed in Courts / Tribunals / Fora / Authorities within stipulated timelines.
  • Maintenance and timely circulation of MIS with Litigation.
  • Handling legal bills.
  • Legal activities governing charity commissioning
